Red Light Therapy in Santa Barbara
Included at no extra charge with every lymphatic facial
Most places in Santa Barbara sell red light therapy by the session or the package. Here it comes with the facial. Every Lymphatic Sculpt session that includes the face finishes under an LED panel — red, yellow and green light — while your lymphatic system is still moving from the hands-on work that came before it. No add-on fee, no upsell at checkout, no membership.
That pairing is the whole point. Brazilian lymphatic drainage moves fluid and waste toward your lymph nodes; the light session that follows is time your face spends calm, warm and freshly drained. You leave looking rested rather than worked on.

What is red light therapy
Red light therapy uses specific wavelengths of visible light, delivered by an LED panel held close to the skin. There is no heat to speak of, no UV, and nothing touches you. You lie still with your eyes closed for the length of the session.
Different colors of light reach different depths. Blue light works at the very surface, yellow goes deeper, and red travels furthest into the skin. That depth difference is why panels use more than one color. The research began with NASA studying how LED light affected tissue growth in wound healing, and it moved into skin care from there.
The three colors used here
-
Red — skin tone, firmness and the look of fine lines; the most studied of the three
-
Yellow — calming visible redness and encouraging surface circulation
-
Green — evening out the appearance of uneven tone and dark spots
LED light therapy is generally considered low-risk, with no downtime. It is not right for everyone, though — skip it if you take a medication that increases light sensitivity, such as isotretinoin or lithium, and let me know beforehand if you have a history of skin cancer or an inherited eye condition.
Red Light Therapy and the Brazilian Lymphatic Facial
A Brazilian lymphatic facial is not a product facial. There are no peels, no extractions and no machines pulling at your skin. It is slow, rhythmic manual work that follows the lymphatic pathways of the face, jaw and neck, moving trapped fluid toward the lymph nodes so it can drain the way it is meant to.
Your lymphatic system has no pump of its own. It moves through breath, movement and pressure, which is why puffiness settles in around the eyes and jaw after a hard week, a salty meal, a flight, or a night of poor sleep. Hands can move it. That is the entire technique.
The light comes after. Once the drainage work is done, your face spends the last stretch of the session under the LED panel — skin freshly worked, circulation already awake, nothing left to do but lie still. Clients tend to describe the combination as the most relaxing part of their month.
What people notice
-
Less puffiness through the under-eyes, jawline and cheeks
-
A more defined look along the jaw and cheekbones
-
Skin that looks calmer and more even in tone
-
Sinus pressure that feels lighter
-
Deep relaxation — most people fall asleep
Results are cumulative rather than permanent. One session looks good for a few days; a series is what holds.
Treatments that include red light therapy
Red light is built into every Lymphatic Sculpt session that includes the face — no add-on fee, nothing to request when you book. Face is $100, Face & Body is $300.

Who books this
People come in before a wedding, a shoot, a reunion or a first day somewhere new. People come in after a long flight, a bad week of sleep, a stretch of restaurant food, or dental work that left the jaw swollen. Athletes come in because they already understand what fluid and recovery feel like. And a good number of people come in every few weeks simply because it is the calmest 45 minutes they get.
