Whether you’re a professional athlete, a weekend warrior, or seeking relief from muscle tension, Amanda is dedicated to helping you achieve your wellness goals.
My name is Alexa Young
Anna is an engineer-turned bodyworker with a knack for uncovering the root causes of muscle pain. A state-certified massage therapist, she’s passionate about helping her clients move with greater ease and comfort in Santa Barbara.
Anna began her massage journey in 2004 while searching for a more intuitive complement to her engineering career. Soon after, she immersed herself in the study of Structural Integration, exploring how movement patterns and daily habits influence the way the body functions. Through this work, she discovered that improving how the body moves can both prevent injuries and support healing.
In 2021, Anna made the leap from engineering to massage therapy full-time in Santa Barbara. Her work focuses on body alignment, using trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, and myofascial techniques to restore balance and reduce pain.
Anna believes everyone has the potential to live in a pain-free body, regardless of age or lifestyle.
