Results and recovery

At Schwartz Sports Massage, we believe in the importance of a holistic approach to health and wellness. While results can vary depending on the individual and the specific treatment, Amanda will work with you to create a personalized plan for optimal results and recovery.

Insurance Coverage

We understand that navigating insurance coverage can be confusing. While Amanda does not accept insurance directly, she is happy to provide you with a detailed receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. It is recommended contacting your insurance company directly to determine your coverage options.

After your treatment

Drink plenty of water to flush out the metabolic waste. It is normal to feel a bit of soreness a day or two after the session.

How often should I book for training and maintenance?

It depends on your training load and how your body responds. Many active clients book every 2–4 weeks for maintenance, and more frequently during heavy training blocks or when addressing a specific issue.

Do you treat chronic pain or sports injuries?

Sessions are commonly booked for overuse issues, training-related tightness, and recurring pain patterns. Your session is tailored to your goals and may include targeted manual therapy and mobility-focused work to reduce pain and improve range of motion.
